Your item will be shipped first class using USPS in a small gift box, and I include a tracking # for all US purchases.

Piercing Jewelry Return Policy:
All piercing jewelry sales are final - no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on piercing studs or nose hoops. If you are unsure whether a certain diameter, style or gauge of earring will fit, please contact me and ask all questions prior to purchasing!
If your item arrives broken or damaged in any way, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you – please allow up to the standard handling time (7 business days, M-F) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
If you need your item(s) before a specific date, please contact me to discuss rush options. I am more than happy to expedite your order and upgrade the shipping so that it reaches you for your special date! There is a non-refundable $10 fee applied to rush orders, plus the upgraded postage charge which will depend on which shipping option you choose. A rush order is defined as any order that requires a handling time less that 7 business days.
